Occupational Therapist

Full-Time

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 (Plus Incentives)

We are seeking a passionate paediatric Occupational therapist to join our team. This will be a community based role with the option of clinic days if desired, with the support of an established paediatric team.

Our Therapists are allowed to choose their caseload whether this be paediatrics, adults, assistive technology or report writing. With this in mind we are looking for a paediatric therapist who loves working with children.

This community or clinic role, will allow you to work with a highly skilled team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners that collaborate and support each other every step of the way. With an abundance of assessments, resources and supervision, you can be safe in the knowledge that you are providing the best level of care to your participants.

About you

• An AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist or awaiting approval.
• Client-centred, empathetic, and driven to make a difference in your client’s lives.
• Pragmatic and able to problem solve for your clients.
• A strong self-manager.
• A good communicator.
• Comfortable in delivering face-to-face OT interventions and report writing, or eager to develop your skills in these areas.
• Prescription of assistive technology to maximise your client’s function.
• Not scared to ask for help if you need it.
