What does the role involve?

• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Greeting visitors and accepting deliveries
• Assist with data entry of claims
• Liaise directly with insurance companies in relation to claims
• Ensuring the office is presentable

What you will need...

• Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal
• Able to commit to the hours of 10am - 6pm Mon-Fri
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to multitask
