About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Network Support to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in designing, maintaining, and optimising our clients’ network systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliable and high-performance operations across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities

● Analyse, design, and evaluate complex system architectures, data models, and technical diagrams for system development, configuration, and integration

● Research, monitor, and assess network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability

● Review and recommend improvements to network operations and integration of hardware, software, communications, and operating systems

● Provide specialist support and troubleshooting for network issues, outages, and emergencies

● Install, configure, test, maintain, and manage new and upgraded networks, servers, workstations, and software applications

● Develop network programming solutions tailored to specific business and technical requirements

● Prepare and maintain documentation, including network inventories, fault diagnoses, resolutions, system enhancements, and maintenance procedures

● Monitor network traffic, usage, and capacity to ensure continued integrity and high performance

● Install and maintain hardware and software systems, document problem resolutions, manage user accounts and security, and ensure efficient operation of servers, printers, and computers

● Provide operational support including help desk assistance, technical troubleshooting, and user training as required

About You

● 3-4 years of experience in a similar network support or IT infrastructure role

● Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

● Strong knowledge of network systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

● Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team

● Proficiency in network monitoring tools and IT systems administration

● A commitment to maintaining high standards of security, reliability, and service delivery
