About the Role

Act as a trusted advisor across all areas of HR, supporting a diverse workforce including both outdoor and indoor staff.

Deliver end-to-end HR support including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and organisational change.

Opportunity to work closely with operational teams and leadership, embedding people strategies directly into Council functions.

Provide expert guidance on the interpretation and application of industrial instruments and Council’s Certified Agreement.

Manage matters related to employee conduct, grievances, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations in line with procedural fairness principles.

Contribute to positive culture change though meaningful conversations, manager coaching and continuous improvement.
