Global Cooking Powerhouse – Launch Their First Ever Australian Retail Store
Position: Store Manager – Brand Ambassador
Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + Super + Monthly Bonus
Are you a natural leader with a passion for retail, innovation, and all things food?
A global heavyweight in the cooking and kitchen innovation space is about to launch their first-ever Australian flagship store – and we’re looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead the charge.
This isn’t your typical retail role. This is your chance to build something from the ground up. You’ll have full ownership of the store’s success – from hand-selecting your team to delivering a world-class customer experience and driving performance every step of the way.
And this is just the beginning. As the retail footprint grows, you may have the opportunity to take on a broader role within a high-profile global brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the launch of a premium store in a high-traffic retail precinct
- Recruit, train, and inspire your own team of passionate brand ambassadors
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, demonstrating the power and innovation behind the product range
- Own store performance – from sales and KPIs to visual merchandising and operational excellence
- Represent the brand with confidence and authenticity, both in-store and during promotional activation
- Provide insights to leadership – feedback from the floor will help shape retail and product strategy
- Grow with the brand – future opportunities will arise as the retail network expandsWe’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader in a premium or branded environment
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding KPIs and team performance goals
- Natural leadership style with the ability to build team culture from day one
- Confident communicator who can explain technical features in simple, engaging ways
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment
- Interest in cooking, kitchen innovation or premium lifestyle brands is highly desirable
- Experience with store openings, brand activations or pop-up environments would be a strong bonus
