Humero has been exclusively engaged by a high profile, multi-stakeholder joint venture to appoint an exceptional Financial Controller. This leadership position offers a rare opportunity to oversee the full finance function of a largescale, mixed use precinct combining luxury hospitality, entertainment and retail.

Currently transitioning from construction to operational readiness, this complex asset requires a finance leader to drive financial reporting, governance, and performance across both directly managed operations and third party operated components.

About the Role
Reporting to the COO and working closely with board level and external stakeholders, the FC will lead the consolidated financial function for the precinct.

Responsibilities include:

• Full ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
• Treasury and funds management, including debt, equity, liquidity, and hedge oversight
• Oversee payroll, tax, internal audit, and shared service arrangements
• Consolidation of financial reporting across internal and third party managed assets
• Preparation and presentation of board reports and strategic finance insights
• Oversight of financial compliance, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Financial governance during the transition from construction to operations
• Business partnering across legal, operational, and capital delivery functions

What You Bring

• CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• A minimum of 10+ years post-qualified experience in senior finance roles
• Background in Big 4 accounting and/or in-house finance within capital intensive industries
• Expertise in joint venture environments, stakeholder engagement, and reporting complexity
• Strong commercial acumen, liquidity management, and strategic financial planning
• Experience with construction to operations transitions is highly regarded
