Are you passionate about 4WDs and utes—and driven by the thrill of sales success? We’re looking for a 4WD & Ute Sales Specialist who’s not just an automotive enthusiast but also a savvy salesperson ready to help grow our business.
In this dynamic role, you’ll combine deep product knowledge with proactive sales skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll also play a key role in business development—identifying new market opportunities, building relationships, and helping us expand our presence in the 4WD and ute segment.
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers in the showroom and online, delivering expert advice on 4WDs, utes, and accessories.
Drive vehicle sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Prepare and present comprehensive quotes—including vehicle pricing, finance options, and aftermarket accessories.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities (e.g. fleet customers, trade partnerships, club affiliations, off-road events).
Collaborate with workshop teams or suppliers to coordinate aftermarket builds and modifications.
Keep up-to-date with trends in the 4WD and ute market, including new products, accessories, and customer preferences.
Represent the dealership at expos, community events, and off-road shows, promoting our brand and building networks.
Contribute ideas for marketing initiatives, promotions, and ways to attract new customers.
Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to broader dealership goals.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up diligently with prospects and customers.
Skills & Attributes
Strong background in automotive sales or similar customer-facing sales roles.
Solid understanding of 4WDs, utes, and off-road accessories—or a willingness to quickly become an expert.
Confident, professional communicator who can build rapport with customers and business partners alike.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to find new opportunities and grow the business.
Organised and detail-oriented when handling quotes, sales processes, and customer information.
Self-motivated and target-driven, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
Team player who contributes to a positive dealership culture.
Preferred Experience
Automotive sales experience, ideally with 4WDs or commercial vehicles.
Familiarity with aftermarket accessories, off-road modifications, or the 4WD enthusiast market.
Exposure to business development, fleet sales, or building external partnerships.
Personal interest in 4WDing, camping, touring, or ute customisation.
