Join a well-established and growing Building Services company as their next Service Coordinator, supporting field technicians and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of fire or HVAC service jobs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in scheduling, job coordination, and a proactive mindset.

Your Role Will Involve:

Scheduling and coordinating field technicians for reactive, preventative, and quoted maintenance jobs

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure prompt service delivery

Managing work orders, ensuring jobs are completed within SLA timeframes

Preparing quotes, processing purchase orders, and following up on outstanding works

Managing service reports, compliance documentation, and technician follow-ups

Using job management software such as SimPRO or Uptick to log, track, and manage jobs

Providing exceptional customer service and communication throughout the job lifecycle

You Will Bring:

Experience as a Service Coordinator in the Fire Protection or HVAC industry (required)

Proficiency with Uptick, SimPRO, or similar service/job management software

Strong multitasking, communication, and coordination skills

Knowledge of maintenance schedules, compliance, and asset registers is highly regarded

Ability to work well under pressure and keep operations running smoothly
