Duties of the role

• The responsibility for the day-to-day administration and strategy implementation activities
• Supporting all aspects of compliance and best practise
• Ability to prioritise tasks, multi-task and shift focus when required
• Maintain a high standard of communication and service to Clients

The perfect Candidate

• At least two years experience in a Client Service Officer role within the financial planning industry (essential)
• Professional demeanour and high level client communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a proactive approach with the ability to take initiative
• Ability to prioritise tasks, multi-task and shift focus when required
