An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced and highly driven hands on Store Manager to join our team, and to begin a career within Moro & Sons Automotive, at our Bridgestone Select site in Hornsby, Sydney.

Moro & Sons Automotive is a private company operating 5 Bridgestone businesses within the Sydney region. This is a great company for anyone who wishes to build a career for themselves in the Automotive industry.

This role reports directly to a highly experienced Operations Manager, and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales KPI "s.

Daily duties will include meeting sales KPI "s and managing a team of 5 staff.

The role is for a 5-day working week plus Saturday overtime available.

The applicant will need to be professional, with a reliable attitude, extensive mechanical knowledge, and experience with a variety of makes and models of vehicles. Candidates need to show an ability to work independently as well as part of a team, exhibit effective time management skills and have the ability to comply with OHS policies and procedures. As well as having good communication skills and a friendly disposition, you will possess a keen eye for detail, be punctual, and responsible.
