We currently have a vacancy for an 'Assistant Store Manager' who possesses the following.........................

Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in ‘Fresh Foods’ through to Department Manager in a supermarket or small business,

Proven ability to successfully deliver in all aspects of the role, driving sales, managing costs, increasing profit, stock control and people management and development,

Understand the importance of securing our own future by growing and developing the best apprentices who will be our best butchers and future store management,

Have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service, and

Applicants with a blend of both Fresh Meat (including trades qualified butchers) and/or Fresh Food retail management experience would be highly desirable, but not essential.
