We are a prominent property law firm located at Richlands/Forest Lake in the western suburbs with a team of 12 staff including three conveyancing paralegals and 4 solicitors. We are looking for a full time solicitor of at least 3 year post admission experience with emphasis in property and commercial laws.

You will work largely in property and commercial matters such as commercial conveyancing, retail and commercial leases, disposal of businesses and property development and subdivision. From time to time, you may be required to guide our support staff and paralegal on technical matters.

Our firm practises largely in commercial and property work with all staff experienced those areas.

We use LEAP software. You will share the support of one secretary with another solicitor. Our team is a dynamic team who work closely to assist each other. You will be supported by our principal and other experienced practitioners. Your salary will be paid on the market according to your level of experience with appropriate incentives and bonuses for your efforts.
