With a growing national footprint, we’re now looking for a strong, experienced Store Manager to lead our Adelaide store. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team and play a key role in helping Australians achieve their fitness goals.

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Store Manager with proven retail or sales management experience. You’ll be responsible for leading daily operations, managing a small sales team, scheduling deliveries, and driving exceptional customer experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and team leadership, with a strong sales focus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily store operations with a hands-on leadership style

Drive retail sales and provide tailored solutions for customers’ fitness needs

Book and schedule customer deliveries and installations

Manage banking, reconciliations, and daily cash handling

Develop staff rosters and manage team scheduling

Provide coaching, support, and oversight to team members

Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness

Handle customer queries across in-store, phone, email, and online platforms

Support in-store marketing and lead generation activities

Ensure stock management, administrative tasks, and local reporting are completed accurately

What We’re Looking For

2+ years' experience in a retail or sales management role (fitness, automotive, or lifestyle retail experience highly regarded)

Experience with rostering, delivery scheduling, and day-to-day banking tasks

Confident working in a sales-driven environment and achieving KPIs

Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships

Excellent communication and time management skills

Tech-savvy – familiarity with CIN7, Excel, and platforms like Facebook & Instagram is a plus

Availability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

Full working rights in Australia and recent referees

Must have reliable transport
