Off Track Moto, a family-owned motorcycle apparel and accessories store, is seeking a casual Retail Sales Associate for 10-20 hours per week. Located in West Ryde, we are dedicated to empowering riders with confidence and security on the road.

What You Will Do:

Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with product selection.

Maintain shop floor standards, ensuring cleanliness and visual appeal.

Process and pack online orders; engage in sales activities.

Deepen your knowledge of our diverse product range and contribute to store operations including stock control.

Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.

Handle store opening and closing duties, based on shift.

Individuals with a passion for motorcycles.

Retail Experience.

A commitment to excellent customer service.

Reliable, trustworthy, with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt and innovate in a dynamic work environment.

Who We'd Love to Hear From (but not required):

Experience in motorcycle sales.

Experience in tire changing.
