Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Liaise with rental providers and renters
Conduct entry, exit and routine inspections
Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
Handling incoming enquiries
Application process
Conducting open houses
General office administration duties
Identify sales opportunities and refer our sales team where possible
Experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with the PropertyMe operating system is preferred

The successful candidate will have:
A current Agent’s Representative Certificate is required.
Have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment
A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
