FindStaff are seeking Glass Process All Rounders to join our establishing client at their Smithfield location. Permanent work opportunities available for the right individuals after 6 months!

*Please note we are seeking Experienced factory all rounders to Process glass as well as Operate machinery. You will be trained as an all rounder as part of a new company with latest technology! Manual Handling involved.

Consistent work hours Monday-Friday Ongoing
Day Shift 6.30am-2.30pm.
$34.00ph

Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing glass safely and on time at the end of machinery - load and unload glass
• Using lifting equipment (overhead crane which suctions on glass to carry large pieces)
• Lift and carry 12-25kg - manual handling
• Identifying any error/damages
• Container unloading
• Be trained to operate the computer/machinery
• Maintain a clean and work area at all times - General cleaning and sweeping
• Ensure quality standards are met

To be Successful

• Must have full working rights
• Previous Glass experience preferred - not essential
• Physically fit
• Own car and drivers license - no public transport available
• Safety conscious and the ability to adhere to WHS policies and procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and hard working
• Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills
• A good attitude and able to work within a team
