The Company:

Our client, a respected manufacturer of high-quality roller shutters and door systems, is currently seeking 2nd-class experienced Welders to join their team at their Landsdale facility. This full-time role offers variety, a clean and well-organised workshop, and the chance to work with an experienced and friendly team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Fabricating and welding components such as counterweight doors and dock equipment
• Assembling shutters and door frames using hand and power tools
• Reading detail sheets and following supervisor instructions
• Operating workshop machinery and conducting basic maintenance
• Loading/unloading vehicles and moving materials as needed
• Assisting with training junior staff and maintaining safety and quality standards

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Welding/fabrication experience
• Competency with hand and power tools
• A strong focus on safety and quality control
• Forklift licence advantageous
• The ability to read instructions and work both independently and in a team
• Reliable work ethic and good communication skills

Hours & Rate:

• $40–$44 per hour + super + overtime when available
• Monday to Thursday 6am to 2.30pm and 6am, 12pm finish Friday
