Overview
We are seeking a motivated Research Assistant to support a CRC-P project focused on sustainable High Purity Alumina (HPA) production from alunite using advanced membrane and separation technologies. The role involves hands-on experimental work in membrane processes, mineral leaching, and characterisation, with potential involvement in teaching support for chemical engineering.
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence, and Courage.
Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $84,470 to $93,865 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
