About the Role
The Permanent People Central Advisor position is part of a dynamic team within the Organisational Development and Business Partnerships Department and is responsible for providing consistent, timely and professional day-to-day HR advice and administration relating to all facets of the employee life cycle to FRV employees and managers.
Functional Accountabilities include:
· Support the ongoing development of the FRV HR Business Partnering function by providing employees and managers with customer-focused advice and support relating to people matters.
· Work directly with FRV managers and employees in the interpretation and adherence to FRV Agreements. Providing advice and support to effectively manage the performance and development needs of the FRV workforce as well as assisting with cyclical Performance and Remuneration, and Talent reviews.
· Prepare and assist in the drafting and developing of related HR documentation and correspondence including letters, reports, presentations and briefings papers while accurately maintaining employee related data and information.
What you will need to Succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have:
· Minimum Diploma Human Resources or other related field desirable
· Generalist HR administration and/ or similar coordination experience.
· Demonstrated experience in applying key legislation pertaining to employment (i.e. the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Equal Opportunity Act)

FRV’s standard practice is to appoint at the base of the salary range, however consideration will be given to an above base salary within the advertised range based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience
