Capability Development Lead
- Permanent - Full Time, 38 hours per week position.

About the Role
Are you a learning and development expert who thrives on inspiring others through engaging programs, impactful coaching, and creative learning design?
Fresh Hope Communities is on the lookout for a Capability Development Lead to drive learning strategies that uplift, empower, and transform our workforce. You'll be at the forefront of shaping a coaching culture, designing meaningful development pathways, and ensuring compliance while keeping learning engaging and aligned with our values.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver capability programs that stick - grounded in the 70:20:10 learning model and aligned to adult learning principles.
- Design, source, and implement bespoke and blended learning solutions - from onboarding and leadership to technical and functional skill-building.
- Drive mandatory training programs that keep us safe, compliant, and future-ready.
- Equip leaders to be on-the-job coaches, building a culture of continuous feedback and growth.
- Facilitate high-impact learning events, coach frontline leaders, and champion a learning culture across the organisation.
- Own and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data-driven insights, compliance tracking, and smart reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to keep capability calendars, content libraries, and programs relevant, engaging, and on point.
What You'll bring:
- A deep understanding of adult learning principles, learning design, and capability frameworks.
- A proven track record in facilitating engaging learning experiences, both online and in-person.
- Experience in coaching managers, driving learning transfer, and embedding development into performance.
- Strong skills in LMS operations, content curation, and reporting.
- A natural relationship-builder who thrives on collaboration and cultural alignment.
- A proactive, values-led mindset - ready to contribute to a high-impact People & Culture team and a thriving organisational culture.
