Bodyline Automotive - Customer Service

We are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running. Our office can be fast paced so a person who is motivated, process-oriented and has a high attention to detail would be a great fit. Located in Tullamarine.

You would be reporting to our General Manager. Training will be provided. You will need to be self-motivated, have good communication skills (both verbal & written) and be able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Days are Monday to Friday – 8.00am - 4.30pm full time.

Qualifications/Skills required:

Office 365 specifically Outlook & Excel. MYOB experience would be an advantage but not expected.

Responsibilities:

Processing Online Sales, providing tracking information, dispatching of all Sales Orders, Pricing & Stock availability support, providing support to our marketing & sales teams. Providing Customer Assistance and Basic Product Support.
