We are seeking a principal workplace rehabilitation consultant. This is a chance to step into a leadership role in workplace rehabilitation, helping us to grow our workplace rehabilitation services in WA. Therapy Hub is expanding our services in Western Australia, and we’re looking for a principal to step into a leadership role. You’ll work alongside the director and operations manager who will help you transition confidently into the role and feel at home within the team.
This is a rare opportunity—whether you're a seasoned Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant ready to take the next step, or a current Workplace Rehab Manager seeking greater autonomy, this role offers the chance to lead, grow your career, and make a meaningful impact with a nationally recognised provider.
Earn between $55 and $65 per hour + super | Based in Beckenham, with hybrid options to work from home.
As a principal consultant, you will:
Lead & Mentor: Guide and support your team to deliver exceptional care and grow professionally.
Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards across physical and psychological case management.
Drive Performance: Share accountability for your clinic’s financial outcomes through effective leadership and strategic input.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5 years + in Workplace Rehabilitation with strong return-to-work case management skills.
Leadership Potential: Previous management experience is a plus, but not essential—we’ll help you grow.
OH Knowledge: Familiarity with Occupational Health frameworks is ideal (training provided).
People Skills: Ability to connect with injured workers, employers, and insurers to achieve sustainable RTW outcomes.
Qualifications and accreditations – Exercise Physiologist (ESSA), Occupational Therapist (AHPRA), Psychologist (AHPRA), Physiotherapist (AHPRA), Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC), and/or Nurse (AHPRA).
Demonstrated understanding of working within a multi-disciplinary team and managing stakeholders.
Evidence of proactive injury management experience
