We are seeking a passionate and experienced Systems Engineer to join a dynamic and purpose-driven IT team based in Brisbane. This is an opportunity to step into a key technical role where you will provide expert-level support across end-user computing, cloud infrastructure, systems security, and network environments.
As the Systems Engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering 3rd level technical support, managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure, and playing a central role in ensuring the performance, availability, and security of organisational systems. You’ll also mentor Level 1 and 2 team members, contribute to process automation initiatives, and engage in project delivery activities under the guidance of the Manager, Infrastructure.
What you’ll bring to the team:

• Minimum two years’ experience in a Systems Administrator or Level 3 Support role
• Proven ability across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory (including Entra-ID), Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams/Teams Telephony
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 desktop environments and Windows Server technologies
• Strong knowledge of IP networking (preferably Meraki), firewall administration, and PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with security infrastructure, identity governance, and compliance processes
• Excellent communication, time management, and a strong team ethic
