Your role will focus on servicing our Retail clientele throughout Australia to strengthen and further grow our business. You will be a true brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

The hours of this part-time role are flexible and can be structured as shorter days spread across 4 to 5 days or longer days spread across 3 days per week.

Your Responsibilities:

Field online and phone sales enquiries

Greet and assist showroom visitors and coordinate showroom visits

Develop new and build existing relationships across Retail to increase sales through proactive engagement to achieve individual and company targets and KPI’s

Manage online sample orders and sample library in an accurate and timely manner, including requests, loans, packing, dispatching, maintaining packaging and stock levels

Convert leads to sales with effective communication, follow up skills and knowledge of internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful sales conversions and project delivery

Support the commercial sales team when required

Reporting on sales activities, market trends and market conditions and identifying and implementing new sales strategies that align with company objectives

Maintain the showroom in-line with the brand’s expectations at all times

Assist with showroom event planning, promotional activities and execution when required

Maintain our ERP and CRM accurately

Product and brand knowledge and self-education

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience and proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role within the architecture and interiors industry

Exceptional people skills with proven ability to build and maintain successful and trusted relationships

Proactive, results-driven, passionate, committed and highly self-motivated with the desire for continual evolution

Positive and humble with the ability to remain calm under pressure

Strong time management, follow up and problem solving skills with the ability to deal with and resolve difficult situations, challenges and conflict

High level of professionalism, communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

Strong sense of integrity, loyalty and honesty

Persuasive with exceptional storytelling skills

Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail yet efficient with a strong ability to prioritise competing deadlines, multitask and refocus as demands shift

True brand ambassador with an appreciation for design, materiality and our environment

Work effectively in a team and autonomously and without supervision

Interstate travel and attendance at industry events if required

Accurate and fast data entry

Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft suite, ERP and CRM software and quick to learn new software
