Why Work With Good Life OT?
We’re a small, friendly, and values-driven team focused solely on community aged care – no NDIS. We believe in delivering high-quality, client-focused occupational therapy that genuinely improves lives. Our service is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our close-knit team.
Whether you're managing school drop-offs, chasing elite sports dreams, or just need work-life balance – we’ll work with you to create a role that suits your life. We care about the wellbeing of our team just as much as our clients.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting our much-loved aged care clients across Melbourne by:
Conducting 1:1 home visits and assessments
Recommending and prescribing equipment, minor and major home modifications
Writing clear, purposeful reports (not NDIS-style epics!)
Liaising with case managers, GPs, families, suppliers, and tradies
Working independently, while feeling supported by our admin and clinical team

A strong communicator with a warm, professional manner
Comfortable working solo but still love being part of a team
Reliable, organised and tech-savvy (we’ll provide the phone and iPad)
Don’t have 2 years’ experience yet? That’s okay – if you’re a great fit, we’d still love to hear from you. We can provide support and training.
What You Get
Flexible hours that fit around your life
Great pay, matched to your experience and role
Ongoing mentorship and opportunities for growth
A supportive, down-to-earth team that values your wellbeing
Clients that will honestly become the best part of your day
