We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Controller to join our dynamic team in Lidcombe. In this role, you will be integral to the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring smooth processes across inventory management, safety compliance, and warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory tracking and stock levels.
  
  
• Systemic Credit Reviews: Review and process credit information within the warehouse management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  
  
• Email Management: Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients via email, addressing any issues related to warehouse operations.
  
  
• Issue Investigation: Utilise the warehouse management system to investigate discrepancies or issues related to client accounts or warehouse processes, providing timely resolutions.
  
  
• Daily Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on a daily basis, including reporting and addressing any safety concerns within the warehouse environment.
  
  
• Documentation and Reporting: Assist with the preparation of reports and maintaining accurate documentation for audits or review processes.
  
  

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience in a warehouse administrative role.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Ability to manage emails and inquiries efficiently, with a high level of professionalism.
  
  
• Sound knowledge of safety compliance procedures (previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus).
  
  
• Reliable transport and availability to work Monday to Friday.
