About the Opportunity

A newly created role, this position gives you full responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of a shared storeroom used by multiple departments. You will report to an internal operations lead and become the key point of contact for deliveries and storage coordination. This is a trusted, independent role with high visibility across the business, ideal for someone who enjoys creating order and driving process improvement. Especially well-suited for parents returning to the workforce or those seeking work-life balance.

Duties

• Receive and sort approx. 1–2 deliveries daily
• Notify teams when goods arrive and follow up
• Maintain storeroom cleanliness, layout, and structure
• Remove unclaimed or outdated items
• Implement space improvements and ensure usability

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working within warehousing in a regulated environment
• Experience working across pharmaceuticals or medical devices is highly advantageous
• Physically capable of light lifting
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Clear and confident communication style
• Comfortable using email and spreadsheets
• Ability to commit to an ongoing temporary assignment
