Montessori Beginnings Swan Hill is a premium Early Learning centre located in country Victoria. Our amazing centre in Swan Hill has been open for over 2 years and continues to grow its community and team. To support this growth, we are looking to welcome a Service Leader/centre manager in Training to our amazing Leadership team. Not only will you support the Centre Manager in all elements of Centre life, but you will also help to guide, mentor, and lead your colleagues and be part of an experienced and passionate team.

About the Role!

The Assistant/Centre Manager in Training will support and directly work with the Centre Manager. They will act as the Responsible Person whenever the Centre Manager is absent from the Centre, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operation and administration ensuring the provision of high-quality early childhood education and care to children and their families. The right person will also be required to be flexible in their full-time working hours and be able to share the role of opening and closing of the Centre. They will be responsible for overseeing and working with staff in rooms, staff rostering and covering staff breaks and centre compliance and operations.

A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework is essential and good leadership and mentoring skills are vital.
