What you will be responsible for:

Weed identification and weed control

Handling of herbicide products, mechanical tools and hand tools in a safe manner

Reporting

Delegation of tasks to your team members

Liaising with managers on a day-to-day basis

Ensure you and your team work to the company's safety standards

Skills and experience you have:

2-3 years' experience in a Team Leader role within similar industry

Experience in bushland regeneration and rehabilitation

Cert I or above in Conservation & Land Management and/or Conservation & Ecosystem Management (other related certifications also considered)

Current ACDC license

First Aid Awareness

Current driver's license - manual license preferable
