About the Role
This is a permanent part-time position requiring 20 hrs per week (hours negotiable) and is based at our Sorrento clinic in Bundall, with the requirement to provide occasional coverage at our other Gold Coast clinics. As a key team member, you’ll ensure a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient.
Primary Duties
Manage telephone and patient inquiries, schedule appointments, process payments, and perform general administrative tasks.
Maintain patient records and handle mail, emails, faxes, and scanning.
Ensure the clinic is tidy and presentable.
Communicate with a diverse range of health professionals.
Provide administrative support to the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
A warm and caring nature with a passion for helping people.
Full Australian working rights.
At least 2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
Excellent time management, strong multitasking skills and flexibility.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional, confident, and personable telephone manner.
Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and the ability to use multiple software systems daily.
High attention to detail and a professional presentation.
Reliable transport and a willingness to work at other Gold Coast sites on an ad-hoc basis.
