As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Warehouse Hand / Warranty Processor to join our detail-oriented team.

This role combines hands-on warehouse duties with the meticulous task of warranty processing. It’s perfect for someone who’s highly visual, detail-driven, and sees every task as an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve.

Details about the role:

This is a Mon-Friday role, 5 hours per day

Location: Chevellum, 4555

This role starts as casual, with the potential to transition to a permanent part-time position for the right fit.

The Role Includes:

Receiving and organizing stock in the warehouse

Managing and processing warranty claims accurately and professionally

Keeping our workspace neat, safe, and running like clockwork

Collaborating with a friendly and supportive team

Staying on top of inventory records and warranty documentation

Picking, packing, and processing orders with speed and precision

What You Bring:

A sharp eye for detail and accuracy

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A process-driven mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude

Basic computer proficiency (especially for warranty processing and generating reports)

A willingness to learn and improve every day

Physical capability for warehouse work (lifting, moving stock, etc.)

Bonus Points If You:

Have prior warehouse, electrical or warranty processing experience

Are familiar with inventory management systems

Have a flair for organization and love a tidy workspace
