Queensland’s Role in Quantum’s Australia’s National Initiative
Queensland plays a pivotal role in Quantum Australia, a new national centre to drive quantum innovation and collaboration. As establishment partners, Griffith University and The University of Queensland are leading the Queensland Node of Quantum Australia, with key roles based at both institutions.

Established in May 2024 with significant federal funding, Quantum Australia brings together research institutions, industry partners, and quantum companies to grow the Australian quantum industry. The initiative fosters collaboration between industry, research, and government, promotes the development and commercialisation of quantum and advanced technologies and raises awareness of the potential impact of quantum and advanced technologies across various sectors.

Join us in shaping the future of quantum innovation in Australia.
