Full time position available with a salary range based on experience and skill level

Larkin Building Group is a tier 3 construction company focusing on detailed, high-quality renovations and extensions in the Inner East and Port Phillip areas of Melbourne. We work in conjunction with some of Melbourne’s leading architects and interior designers. Our focus is to have a professional but laid-back approach making the process for the client building their dream home a pleasurable experience. As Carpenter your responsibilities will include but be not limited to;

Reading and understanding complex working drawings and engineering

Always maintaining a high level of health and safety on-site

On-site management and leadership

Working alongside our foreman, other carpenters and apprentices to help hone the skills of the up and coming employees within the company

Ensure construction is kept on schedule

Building and developing sub-contractor relationships whilst setting expectations of quality and performance

Qualities and experience that will appeal to us;

Passionate about quality

Carpentry trade qualified

Great communication skills

Experience in a similar role on complex builds

Strong & proactive work ethic with a mind for problem solving

Well presented

Valid driver's license with own suitable vehicle and tools
