We're on the lookout for a qualified Maintenance Carpenter/Handyman to join our crew! If you're looking to step away from the stress of running your own business or just want reliable, ongoing work without heavy time pressures – this could be the change you're after.

What You'll Be Doing:

You’ll be working directly with our Director and team to carry out maintenance, repairs and project works on a variety of properties.

Common tasks include:

✅ Plastering, patching and painting
✅ General building maintenance and handyman works

✅ Fire door repairs and compliance checks
✅ Small carpentry projects and defect rectification

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in building maintenance or construction (especially fire door maintenance, painting and plastering)
- Reliable with your own tools and transport
- White Card
- Strong attention to detail and work quality
- Able to work independently and manage time well
- Comfortable using Monday.com or similar systems for task management
- Police Check and current Driver’s Licence
