The ideal candidate is an Experienced Sales Consultant / Course Advisor / Student Recruiter who possesses strong consultative sales skills with proven results in being part of a high-performing team, thriving through connecting on the phone and face-to-face sales.

You will be responsible for:

• Matching potential students from online, phone, and email inquiries to the course that suits them.
• Handling both inbound and outbound calls to potential students who have shown an interest in our programs. There is no cold calling.
• Inviting people along to the information sessions and training events.
• Inviting people to coffee chats at our amazing world-class campus and HQ.
• Supporting sales at face-to-face and virtual trainings.
• Achieving and exceeding sales KPIs.
• Being curious and open to learning.
• Creating an exceptional buying experience and building long-term customer relationships.
• Changing lives and helping people to live their dream through coaching, leadership, business, marketing, and more…

To be ideal for this position you will bring:

• At least 12 months of experience in consultative sales
• Excellent communication and connection that inspire confidence and trust in others
• Real passion for sales and a determination to meet and exceed sales targets
