About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience conducting feature and topographic surveys, establishing control networks, and performing 3D laser scanning using Trimble surveying equipment. The role also includes processing survey data and 3D point clouds, with a preference for candidates experienced in AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed feature and topographic surveys using Trimble total stations, GNSS, and 3D laser scanners

Establish and maintain survey control networks with high precision

Perform 3D laser scanning and capture high-resolution spatial data

Process field data, including registration and cleaning of point clouds

Produce accurate and detailed survey deliverables, including 2D plans and 3D models

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to integrate survey data into project workflows

Maintain survey equipment and ensure calibration standards are met

Adhere to safety and quality standards across all site and office activities

Key Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Surveying, Geospatial Science, or a related field

Proven experience in Trimble hardware and software (e.g. Trimble Business Center, RealWorks)

Proficient in processing and managing point cloud data

Solid understanding of survey control principles and geodetic systems

Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is highly desirable

Ability to interpret technical plans and generate quality documentation

Strong communication and organizational skills

Current driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required
