About the Role:

We are seeking a Licensed Surveyor with proven experience in a broad range of surveying activities, including re-establishment, feature surveys, and control network establishment. This role will also require hands-on experience with 3D laser scanning, survey data processing, and working with Trimble surveying equipment.

You will be part of a skilled and dynamic team delivering high-quality survey solutions for civil, infrastructure, construction, and building projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of working autonomously and as part of a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct re-establishment and feature surveys, including title boundary identification.

Establish and maintain accurate survey control networks.

Operate and manage Trimble total stations, GNSS, and 3D laser scanning systems.

Capture, process, and register 3D point cloud data.

Perform data processing, adjustment, and interpretation for various project types.

Produce high-quality survey deliverables including plans, models, and reports.

Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure survey accuracy and integration.

Adhere to industry standards, safety procedures, and project specifications.

Requirements:

Licensed/Registered Surveyor

Proven experience in cadastral and engineering surveying

Strong skills in 3D laser scanning and point cloud processing

Proficiency with Trimble Business Center, RealWorks, and field equipment

Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit experience highly desirable

Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple projects

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Valid driver’s license
