About Us

Based on the Central Coast and Hunter region, Backbone Landscapes works closely with project home builders and private clients to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces. From retaining walls and fencing to softscapes and excavation, we take pride in doing the job right and building lasting landscapes.

We’re currently hiring for:

Experienced Landscapers – Confident with tools, construction methods, and landscape plans

Team Leaders & Site Supervisors – Proven ability to manage crews, meet deadlines, and communicate with clients/builders

You’ll Need:

A strong background in landscape construction

Ability to lead by example and manage job sites efficiently

Reliable transport and a current driver’s license

White Card and any relevant tickets (preferred)

Great attitude and a genuine work ethic
