Everest Landscape is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Team Leader with at least 5 years of hands-on experience and a Certificate III in Landscape Construction. This is a leadership role suited to someone confident in both hardscaping (retaining walls, fencing) and garden maintenance (hedge trimming, pruning, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a small team on-site for landscape construction and garden services.

Construct and install hardscape elements including retaining walls, fences, paving, and edging.

Perform regular garden maintenance: hedge trimming, plant care, mulching, and clean-ups.

Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Communicate effectively with clients and report to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of landscaping experience, including both hardscape and softscape.

Certificate III in Landscape Construction (required).

Proven leadership and crew supervision abilities.

Strong understanding of tools, machinery, and site safety.

Current manual driver’s license (preferred).

Reliable, professional, and motivated to deliver quality work.
