We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our dynamic team, offering great learning opportunities and wide exposure to a range of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in the field of landscaping and gain hands-on experience while working alongside our experienced team of professionals.

Qualifications & experience

Must have a driver's license, valid in Australia, and own vehicle. Additional license types are highly valued such as MR, HR but not required.

Have an interest in horticulture, arboriculture and/or landscaping.

Must have a willingness to learn.

Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.

Physical stamina to perform manual labourer in various weather conditions.

Great work ethic, trustworthy, honest, committed and displays positive workplace attitudes.

Passion for working outdoors and an interest in landscaping.

Basic knowledge of plants, landscaping techniques, and tools is a plus.

Tasks & responsibilities

Assist in the installation and maintenance of landscapes, including planting, mulching, pruning, and irrigation.

Learn to operate and maintain various landscaping tools and equipment.

Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Physical ability to undertake manual work outside.

Drive to job locations which may vary throughout Sydney.
