About the Role

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of user-focused, scalable Salesforce solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to guide platform improvements, ensure best practices, and support solution validation in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, review, and present secure Salesforce solution designs
• Guide product backlog refinement with technical and business teams
• Oversee testing, QA, and deployment of Salesforce configurations
• Advise developers and testers to ensure high-quality delivery
• Participate in agile ceremonies and technical governance forums
• Ensure proper documentation, user story criteria, and solution traceability

Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years in senior Salesforce project roles with certifications
• Expertise in Salesforce and Vlocity configuration and deployments
• Broad architectural knowledge across Salesforce cloud products
• Ability to develop prototypes and proof of concepts to validate solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
