About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead, you will design and deliver robust Salesforce Vlocity solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, support governance and coding standards, and lead development in a high-profile digital transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and review of Salesforce Vlocity components, ensuring quality and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse technical requirements
• Create and uphold design standards and best practices across the team
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to build team capability
• Support code deployment and rollout of CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation processes
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies to drive agile delivery

Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Proven experience with Salesforce Vlocity/Omnistudio platforms: Omniscripts, Flexcards, Integration
• Procedures, DataRaptors
• Skilled in OOP, design patterns, and integration frameworks including REST APIs and Platform Events
• Experience with source control tools (e.g. GitLab) and package-based development
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills in agile environments
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Omnistudio, Architect) highly desirable

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
