About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end project delivery, drive system enhancements, and oversee a growing data landscape in a dynamic organisation making real impact. You'll also step in as Acting CFO during periods of leave, providing continuity and leadership to the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects involving systems upgrades, integrations, and automation (including finance system interfaces)
• Take ownership of a new, undocumented data warehouse - ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable structure and documentation
• Build and enhance Power BI reporting across teams
• Work hands-on with SQL, ETL processes, and data modelling
• Support and guide IT staff, providing leadership, structure, and strategic oversight
• Partner with the finance team on systems projects, change management, and process improvement
• Provide finance leadership in the absence of the CFO, including oversight of business-as-usual activities
• Engage stakeholders across varying levels of tech literacy from IT teams to operational care staff to drive successful change adoption

About You:

• CPA or CA qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, and data warehouse management
• Proven leadership in project delivery, systems implementation, or IT/finance transformation
• Excellent communication and change management skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with systems like TechOne is ideal but not necessary
