Key Responsibilities:

Conduct professional and needs-based counselling sessions with prospective students

Provide guidance on course and institution selection, admission processes, and student visa options

Assist students with documentation, GTE preparation, offer letter applications, and CoE processes

Follow up on new leads, nurture inquiries, and convert them into successful enrolments

Maintain accurate student records and updates in the CRM system

Stay updated with changes in the Australian education sector and visa regulations

Liaise with institutional partners, students, and other stakeholders professionally and promptly

Achieve individual and team KPIs on leads, conversions, and enrolments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in international student counselling or migration services

Sound understanding of the Australian education system, visa subclasses (especially Subclass 500), and enrolment workflows

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets and KPIs

Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Fluency in English (additional South Asian language proficiency is highly desirable)

Relevant education in Business, Education, Migration Law, or a related field preferred
