Key Responsibilities

Conduct student consultations and provide accurate advice on course options, education providers, and study pathways across Australia (must have product knowledge)

Guide students through the admission process, including documentation and GTE requirements

Liaise with education providers to ensure timely offers and CoEs

Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with education regulations

Stay updated with course offerings, visa policies, and provider partnerships

Follow up on leads to achieve enrolment targets.

Competitive salary ($70,000 - $90,000) + Commission + Chance to travel Australia

What You’ll Need

Minimum 1 year - 2 years of experience as an Education Counsellor (preferred)

Solid understanding of the Australian education system and visa processes

Familiarity with PRISMS, CRICOS, and education compliance

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Strong ability to manage multiple student cases independently

Passion for helping students succeed and providing honest advice

Fluency in Hindi language (must)
