Li-ion Energy is a rapidly growing circular economy startup based in Maddington, WA. We operate Australia’s first lithium battery reuse and recycling facility — safely dismantling, reconditioning, and recycling lithium, lead-acid, and e-waste streams for major mining, industrial, and commercial clients.

We plan to build WA’s first lithium battery recycling plant, as well as launch resale channels for reconditioned batteries, electronic waste, and other recoverable goods that aid in both business development and circular practices. Who have

Proven track record in business development, sales, or procurement

Strong existing network in (one/part/all) waste management, mining industry, manufacturing, industrial or commercial sectors is essential. Our primary focus is on obtaining battery waste (lithium,lead acid, NiMh, NiCad) in order to recondition and reuse, the best sources for this are in mining, manufacture, government, military etc.

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently, working with us to build the company. Potential of being granted company shareholdings for exemplary performers. Primarily working from home but regularly attends workshop

Ideally some exposure to e-waste, resale platforms, or circular economy principles--> we want you to also source new revenue streams --> (eg.,ewaste, equipment, etc) intercepting materials/items of value from landfill to on-sell and bring WA further in line with circular economy principals.
