We are on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager with:

Previous experience in a senior management role

Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge

Experience with costed rostering

The ability to monitor and maintain service standards

Motivation for continued improvement and development

The ability to build on going rapport with regular guests

Proven experience in leading a team and driving positive team culture
