Our factory based in Pakenham 3810 is easily accessible from the M1 freeway or the Princes Hwy performing all tree works and open space services mostly within the south east corridor of Melbourne holding council contracts.

We are seeking experienced an experience Operations Manager to lead our teams on a daily basis.

To be suitable for the role, applicants should be able to demonstrate that they are experienced with the below

Cert III Arborist with experience in the Arboriculture / Open Space operations

Leadership skills

Scheduling of works and monitoring

Strong communication skills and highly organized

Safety focused

Tech experience with digital systems

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys leading teams, solving problems and drives high standards whilst monitoring efficiency and safety.

Cert III in Arboriculture

Australian driver’s license

HR license (preferred but not essential)

White card

Police Check

WWC
