About the Role
An awesome opportunity exists at our head office in Southport to support the Fleet Operations Department!
The role offers casual hours to suit your lifestyle, 3 days per week between Monday to Friday, with flexible starting a finishing times between 08:00 and 17:00
This is a varied role with ongoing training and development and is the perfect role for a candidate with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude!
This role is full time working on a rotating roster, Monday – Sunday 7am - 7pm with flexibility to work public holidays and additional hours as required.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the Rental or Vehicle Subscription industry, have a pro-active, can-do attitude where no task is too big or too small and where you can step up to the challenge of working autonomously as well as part of a team, whilst ensuring that the office and the car yard is always maintained to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with general administrative paperwork and documentation.
Data entry and general office duties.
Assisting the Fleet Operations Manager with various tasks for department success.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to collaborate and work well with other team members, while also having the ability to work independently.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A flexible, hands-on approach and willingness to help wherever needed.
Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
Previous administration experience is favourable.
Xero Accounting Software basics will be highly regarded, however not essential.
Must hold a valid Drivers Licence.
