🎯 About the Role
You’ll be the first voice our customers hear and the calm presence they rely on. This is not a sales role—you’re here to support, book, and coordinate.
Your day-to-day will include:
Answering inbound enquiries via phone and email
Calling warm leads to book or confirm appointments
Using our CRM to update customer files and create tasks
Scheduling appointments using Acuity & Google Calendar
Guiding customers through contracts, colour selections, and timelines
Coordinating with Project Estimators and Supervisors
Following up after projects and handling warranty queries
Providing updates with clarity and empathy
You’ll be working from home during regular business hours of 12pm to 5pm.
✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you MUST:
Be based in Australia and legally able to work casual part-time
Have experience in customer service, administration, or appointment booking
Have a quiet, private home office setup
Be comfortable using tools like CRMs, online calendars, and cloud-based apps (or eager to learn fast!)
Speak clearly and professionally with great written skills
Be a fast responder, reliable, and organised
Have strong internet and be available Monday–Friday, from 12:00pm–5:00pm
💻 Tech You’ll Use
Don’t worry—we’ll train you! But ideally, you’ve worked with tools like:
CRM systems
Acuity or similar appointment booking software
Aircall or VOIP platforms
Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Sheets)
